1. Affiliate Program Terms

By applying to become an affiliate of VogueHub, you agree to promote our products in a professional, ethical, and non-deceptive manner. All marketing materials (including social media posts, videos, blog content, and ads) must be accurate, truthful, and must not make false claims about VogueHub products, pricing, or benefits.

2. Commission Eligibility & Calculation

Commissions are only paid on confirmed, non-refunded, and fully completed orders. Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, or disputed will not qualify for commission.

Commissions are calculated based on the order subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping fees, discounts, and coupon values) at the rate agreed upon in your affiliate agreement.

3. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using spam (email, social media, or other) to promote VogueHub products
• Running misleading or deceptive ads (including false scarcity, fake reviews)
• Bidding on trademarked keywords (e.g., “VogueHub”) in paid search (Google/Facebook Ads)
• Using cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, or any fraudulent methods to generate fake commissions
• Promoting VogueHub on websites with adult content, hate speech, or illegal material

4. Account Termination

VogueHub reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any of these terms. Terminated accounts will forfeit all unpaid commissions, and you will be prohibited from re-applying to the affiliate program.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered affiliate address. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Payment Terms

Commission settlements are processed on a monthly or weekly basis, covering commissions generated from eligible orders placed during the preceding calendar month. Commission payments can be received via PayPal or bank transfer (depending on your preference), and there is no minimum withdrawal threshold. All commissions are subject to a 15-day holding period to account for potential product returns.
